Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I schedule a shoot?

This is a super common and important question! There are multiple ways to schedule. One way is to go to the contact tab and send me a quick message there. Another way is to send me an email at addincophoto@gmail.com or message me on my social media @addiamedia

2. Do you help with planning my session?

Yes! I will be here every step to help you plan all aspects of your sessions, from locations to dates, times, and everything in between! Before your shoot, you will receive a questionnaire from me so I can get to know you and find out what you are thinking for your shoot, so be as detailed as possible in your answers. For questions or concerns, I'm just a message away!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I have a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost if you cancel within one week of your scheduled shoot. Fees may also apply if your location is rented specifically for your shoot. I offer free rescheduling up to three times; after that, a $50 fee applies.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I offer digital albums for your convenience! Once the album is finished and forwarded to you, all photos are downloadable for easy printing or posting!

5. What is your editing style?

My editing style is real and true to color. I want to show off the beauty that is really there!

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I love incorporating your ideas into the shoot. It is your shoot after all! If there is something specific pose or prop you want, I will do whatever I can to make it happen!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! I love meeting new clients before the sessions so I can really get to know you! I tend to prefer meeting in neutral spaces such as coffee shops, or if you are a long-distance client and I can not travel to meet you beforehand, we can schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss your shoot!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

It depends on the shoot and how busy the season is. I try to have a turn around time of a week max, but if you have a bigger shoot or book during a busy season, it may take up to 2-3 weeks.
